Covenant Presbyterian Church

Covenant Presbyterian Church Covenant Presbyterian Church has served the Omaha Metro area for over 125 years. We are a congregation of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church.

We believe that God has called us “To know Christ and to make Him known.” We are committed to connecting, growing and serving Omaha together. This means that we believe in the Historic Reformed Christian Faith. However, we also embrace a spirit of Christian Unity, Liberty, and Love that allows us freedom to embrace our denominational model, “In the Essentials Unity, in the Non-Essentials Liberty,

in all things, Charity.”

We are excited to have two worship experiences offered each Sunday at Covenant Presbyterian Church. Wherever you decide to worship at Covenant Presbyterian Church, you will find that we strive to live up to our purpose statement, “To know Christ and to make Him known.” Members and visitors of our congregation experience authentic community and we long to connect with God and each other every week, to grow in our relationships, and to serve God and the greater Omaha area. In our fall sermon series, we continue to ask what it means to be a community shaped by the gospel. Each of us is both sinner and saint. Needy and broken. But also loved and redeemed and in-progress toward a future glory. What kind of community, then, should we be?

Pastor Andrew will share the message, "Community Attributes: Honesty and Vulnerability" based on 1 John 1:5-9. Worship is at 9 & 11AM. Sunday school for all ages is at 10AM. www.covenantomaha.church.
