It's that time again.. MOPS TIME! We only have two more meetings left for this year, how crazy is that?! Tomorrow morning we are doing a cute spring ish craft to hopefully remind this weather that it's spring and to stop snowing! For the love!

Hey girls! It's a MOPs morning tomorrow!!! We are so SO excited to have Anna Evans speak to us tomorrow and share a little bit about having a child with autism plus some parenting tips for our babies and how we as a community of mamas can grow together and lift one another up during this thing called motherhood. We can't wait to see you all!

Good morning ladies! Hope everyone had a good couple of "snow" days 😉 Tomorrow is mops morning and we're doing some yoga!! We have an instructor coming from Well Mama and we're so stoked! So come in your pajama/sweat/yoga pants, or as I like to call them my uniform, and we're gonna have a fun morning! (And don't worry, we are doing very light yoga that will be good for pregnant mamas, fit mamas, and mamas that haven't worked out in say a year... 🙋🏻😂). Bring a yoga mat with you if you have one and we can't wait to see you all!

Hey ladies! Thursday is a mops morning, YAY! If you're anything like me, after being off a couple weeks and then the holidays I am READY to have some mama time! I just have a request from the childrens department- I know some schools are still out on break and your school aged kids are MORE than welcome, if you plan to bring your school aged kids to mops this week, they would like you to shoot them an email with your childs name, grade, and any allergies to [email protected]. If you could do that tonight or tomorrow so they can have a heads up for Thursday that'd be great!
