Last night, as we came together to remember Thomas Cranmer, we welcomed Deacon Dawson from All Saints Honolulu to hear about his new ministry with Youth For Christ on Oahu.

Next week we mark the transition from Epiphany to Lent with a Shrove Tuesday pancake feast! That night we will also make the ashes for Ash Wednesday by burning the palms from last year's Palm Sunday.

The pancake feast is hosted by the Order of Saint Joseph, our men's ministry. Join us for both events!

This week’s FiFNA Friday post falls on the day before Archbishop William Laud’s Feast Day (January, 10th)! Archbishop Laud also wrote a prayer that can be found in the 2019 BCP under Occasional Prayers for the Universal Church: “O God of unchangeable power and eternal light: Look favorably on your whole Church, that wonderful and
sacred mystery; by the effectual working of your providence, carry out in tranquility the plan of salvation; let the whole world see and know that things which were cast down are being raised up, and things which had
grown old are being made new, and that all things are being brought to their perfection by him through
whom all things were made, your Son Jesus Christ our Lord; who lives and reigns with you, in the unity of the
Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.”
