Normalize taking a break when you need to, instead of waiting until you think you “deserve” one

TAKE THE BREAK. Burnout is real and it can negatively impact your life journey, so I put together some break ideas that won’t take more than 10 minutes:

1- Write a list of what you’re grateful for
2- Lay in your bed and look at the ceiling while listening to your favorite song
3- Go for a walk and bonus if you have a dog to walk with
4- Send a friend you haven’t talked to in a while a voice note
5- Go outside and take some breaths of fresh air.
