Westminster has a long tradition of collecting shelf-stable food for the Thurston County Food Bank on Communion Sundays. During the Moment With the Young, children are invited to bring the bags of food from the ends of the pews and place them in a basket in front of the communion table. Adults are asked to pay attention and help bring bags forward if needed. Volunteers will take this food to the Food Bank. Thank you for your generosity and for being part of the worship of God at Westminster. We will celebrate Communion on Sunday, September 6, 2026.
