Why do we work out?

Not just to change our bodies, but to take care of what God has entrusted to us. 💗

We work out to build strength, discipline, endurance, and confidence - not just physically, but spiritually too. We encourage one another, push through the hard days, laugh together, and remind each other that our strength ultimately comes from the Lord.

“Bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things.”
1 Timothy 4:8

Come join us at The Refuge! You don’t have to be strong to start. Just show up, and we’ll get stronger together - body, mind, and spirit. 💪🏼✝️
