Tonight was a special night as we welcomed around 100 young men and women into our fellowship hall for our annual Knights For Christ (KFC) meal, hosting athletes from Olney Central College. A huge thank you to Vickie Shawver for heading it up. Also to ALL who helped organize, cook, serve and clean-up! We even had students who stuck around and helped clean up! Such nice young people and so appreciative!
(Also a big thank you to Sherri Baker for most of the pictures. ) Our prayer is that Christ's love follows after them and they serve Him!

Today, we celebrated 175 years of God’s faithfulness to Mt. Gilead Church! 🩵

For 175 years, our church has been a place where lives have been changed, prayers have been answered, families have grown in faith, and generations have gathered to worship the Lord.

This photo represents more than a congregation…it represents a legacy. We are so thankful for those who came before us, those who faithfully serve today, and those who will carry God’s love into the future.

As we celebrate this incredible milestone, we give all the glory to God for His unwavering faithfulness through every season.

Happy 175th Anniversary, Mt. Gilead! Here’s to honoring our rich history while looking forward with hope to all God has in store.
