Here at New Fairview Baptist Church we believe that Jesus summed up the duty of every child of God in these words:

Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with all thy mind and with all thy strength…and Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. - Mark 12:30-31

We believe the purpose of man is to glorify God and that can only be accomplished by loving Him with

all our heart, soul, mind and strength. With that in mind we strive to create an atmosphere in which each and every child of God can grow in their love toward God. We also provide opportunity for the child of God to show love and kindness to all our neighbors. We also believe that Jesus summed up the corporate duty of the church in the following words. Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you. - Matthew 28:19-20

We believe the purpose of the church is to be obedient to this great commission. Our church is focused on reaching those that do not know Jesus as their Savior, bringing those that follow Jesus into a closer relationship with Him and studying the Word of God. In short the mission statement of New Fairview Baptist Church can be summed up with these words:
