If you are physically and emotionally tired, it's okay to pause. Step back, run to God, and rest in His presence. You don't have to carry everything alone.

In the quiet, He gently reminds you, "Come to Me... and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)
Rest not just for your body, but for your mind, your heart, and all the things you've been silently carrying.

Let God refill your cup when you feel empty. Let Him restore your strength when you feel weak. Let Him heal your heart, even in ways you don't fully understand yet.

You don't have to keep pushing yourself just to get through.
You're allowed to slow down.
You're allowed to breathe.
You're allowed to rest.

Because what you cannot carry anymore, He will carry for you.
And even now, God is holding you-gently, faithfully, completely
