🔥 STRATEGOS PSALMIST SPOTLIGHT 🔥

🙌🏽 Worship begins at 9:30 AM this morning — DON’T MISS IT!

We’re honored to introduce STRATEGOS Psalmist — Quintina Rhea Worships, a singer, songwriter, prophet, and worship leader with a deep passion for the presence of God!

Quintina Rhea carries a heart for worship that goes far beyond a song. Her desire is to create an atmosphere where the presence of God is welcomed, people are drawn before the Lord, and hearts are positioned for transformation. For her, worship is not simply something we do—it is a Kingdom culture and a way of life.

At the core of Quintina’s ministry are convictions that shape both her worship and her life: to reveal Jesus, glorify Jesus, build His Kingdom, build His people, and become His altar. These pillars reflect her posture of continual surrender and a desire for His presence to remain at the center.

🎶 As a singer and songwriter, Quintina ministers from a place of personal pursuit and surrender. Her songs flow from a desire to know Him and make Him known, inviting others beyond the sound of worship and into an encounter with the One being worshiped.

🔥 As a prophet and worship leader, Quintina carries a sensitivity to the presence and movement of God that shapes how she leads. Her heart is not simply to sing songs, but to lead people into the Throne Room, creating space for reverence, surrender, renewal, and the transforming presence of God.

🌎 Quintina’s call to worship has also taken her beyond her local church, leading worship at conferences, prayer gatherings, and churches in places including Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Texas, Chicago, the DMV, and Mexico.

🎤 In 2018, Quintina released her first single, "Adonai." In 2024, Quintina hosted a live recording for her first album, Throne Room Conversations, featuring songs including “The Sound of God,” “Everything,” “You Are Yahweh,” and “Miracle Day.” The project reflects the heart behind her ministry—worship that draws people into conversation, communion, and encounter with God.

Quintina currently serves as an Elder and Worship Pastor at Glory Covenant Church, where she continues to pour into the worship culture of the house and cultivate a pursuit of God’s presence. She has the honor of leading David’s Harp, Glory Covenant’s worship team, and considers it a privilege to serve alongside an anointed group of worshipers who have wholeheartedly said yes to the call of worship. In 2019, alongside Apostle Ken Toney, Quintina led David’s Harp in their first live recording, DPIC Alive, Vol. 1, capturing the sound of the worship team and marking a significant milestone in their ministry.

We are honored to have Quintina Rhea, our very own, serving as our Psalmist for STRATEGOS and look forward to the sound, prophetic flow, and worship she will bring to the gathering!

Help us celebrate and welcome Quintina Rhea! 🎶🔥🙌🏽

🔥 STRATEGOS HOSTS SPOTLIGHT 🔥

We’re honored to introduce our keaders and the hosts of STRATEGOS — Apostle Ken Toney & Pastor Carolyn Toney, Senior Leaders and Co-Founders of Glory Covenant Church, formerly Dwelling Place International Church (DPIC)!

💪🏾 Married for 29 years, Apostle Ken Toney and Pastor Carolyn have built, served, and led with a shared commitment to developing people and advancing the Kingdom. While they host STRATEGOS together, Apostle Ken will also serve as one of this year’s STRATEGOS speakers, bringing his distinct apostolic perspective and leadership experience to the gathering.

🫆Apostle Ken is both a pioneer and a leader of leaders. As a pioneer, he carries a grace to see what can be, forge paths where there may not yet be a blueprint, establish what is needed, and build with the future in view. He is not limited by what has already been done or how it has traditionally been done; his apostolic insight enables him to recognize what God is developing and help give it structure, strategy, and movement.

🔥 As a leader of leaders, that pioneering grace extends beyond what he personally builds to who he develops. Apostle Ken has a unique mantle for discipling leaders who, in turn, build people while advancing the Kingdom. He has a grace for identifying spiritual gifts and natural strengths, bringing alignment, and establishing discipline and order, helping leaders understand what they carry, how they are wired, and how it connects to their Kingdom assignment.

🧭 This is also why his approach to leadership is not cookie-cutter. He recognizes that leaders and ministries do not have to look alike, build alike, or carry the same assignment. Identity and expression may differ, but Kingdom principles remain non-negotiable.

🔥 Carrying strong mantles for apostolic leadership, intercession, worship, and wealth, Apostle Ken is a trusted voice who brings wisdom, counsel, and strategy from a perspective that often sees beyond what is immediately in front of him.

🌐 Apostle Ken is also the founder of the Dwelling Place Network, a relational support system of ministries connected in covenant and committed to supporting and serving one another. The ministries within the Network are not called to look the same or build the same way; each carries its own God-given identity and assignment while sharing Kingdom principles and a heart for Kingdom advancement.

🎓 Through Mandate Leadership School, Apostle Ken continues his investment in developing leaders, providing biblical and practical instruction that strengthens their capacity to lead and build well.

His leadership also extends into the marketplace, where he serves as a Senior Manager in the IT division of a large biomedical engineering firm. This experience complements his mantle for wealth and Kingdom stewardship, with an emphasis on developing capacity, stewarding resources, building with wisdom, and understanding wealth as a tool for Kingdom advancement.

📚 Apostle Ken is also an author of Handling Betrayal With Grace: His Grace Is Sufficient for You and Leadership Integrity, extending his commitment to helping people navigate leadership, character, relationships, and the responsibilities that accompany Kingdom assignment.

💎 Pastor Carolyn is the founder and heart behind Releasing the Pearls of Wisdom. Through Pearls, she has created a space where women are poured into through biblical wisdom, impartation, fellowship, and honest conversations around the issues that touch their lives, relationships, spiritual growth, and God-given assignments. Over the years, Releasing the Pearls of Wisdom has reached beyond their local church, bringing women and ministry voices together in different communities with a heart to see women strengthened, healed, encouraged, and equipped to walk in wisdom.

At the heart of their leadership is a desire to see healthy leaders build healthy people, strong ministries, and Kingdom work that lasts.

As the hosts of STRATEGOS, Apostle Ken and Pastor Carolyn’s heart is not simply to gather leaders in a room, but to create an environment where they can be strengthened, sharpened, refreshed, and equipped for the work God has entrusted to them.

Help us celebrate our leaders and hosts Apostle Ken & Pastor Carolyn Toney as we prepare for STRATEGOS! 🔥🙌🏽
