Southern Tier Sangha

Southern Tier Sangha Meditation and Buddhism The Southern Tier Sangha meet for meditation Thursday at noon and 6:30 p.m. You will find a large coat room for clothing and shoes.

We meet at the Olean Meditation Center located on Duggan Road, Olean, New York. Please arrive about 10 minutes early since we do start the practice on time. We do take our shoes off when we enter the shrine room. All are welcome. If you are new to meditation, Rich will meet with you a few minutes early. Meditation benefits all, whether you are a daily or once a week meditator. Come and learn more

about meditation. If you are interested in Buddhism you will also have an opportunity to learn more about that tradition. People of all faiths and spiritual backgrounds are welcome.
