We are excited to share that the new 8th Grade Sunday School textbook was officially released at our Family Conference for the 2026–2027 Sunday School year!

We’ve included a few images from the new textbook in this post so you can get a glimpse of the updated content and design.

We are also happy to share that the new 7th Grade Sunday School textbook is now available in electronic format for local churches to print and use this school year. The professionally printed version of the 7th Grade textbook is planned for release next year.

We strongly encourage our churches and Sunday Schools to begin using these new 7th and 8th Grade resources during this school year as we continue updating and strengthening our Sunday School curriculum.

It is with deep sorrow that we share the news of the sad demise of Rev. Fr. Thomas Abraham Lahayil of the Knanaya Archdiocese. He served as the Vicar at the St. Thomas Knanaya Church in Clifton, New Jersey and has helped serve at many Churches as needed over the years within the Northeast region of our Archdiocese.

On behalf of our Archbishop Mor Titus Yeldho and all the members of our Archdiocese, we convey our condolences to the Knanaya Metropolitan, His Eminence Mor Silvanos Ayub; the bereaving familiy members, friends and to the entire Knanaya Community.

It is with deep sorrow that we share the news of the tragic and sad demise of Ann Mary Mathew (40) a member of our St. Mary’s Church, Livermore, California.
