OFFICIAL STATEMENT ON THE RECENT ACCUSATIONS BY EVANGELIST ISAAC OMOLEHIN AGAINST PFN

I issue this statement as a Christian observer who is neither a PFN nor CAN member, nor affiliated with any denominational bloc. My concern is the unity, integrity, and testimony of the body of Christ in Nigeria and abroad. The public accusations made by Evangelist Isaac Omolehin against the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) warrant clarity, responsibility, and transparency.

1. On PFN Membership and Accountability
A foundational question must be addressed:
Is Evangelist Isaac Omolehin a registered and compliant member of PFN? If he is not a member, does not pay dues, attend meetings, or submit to PFN structures, then it is necessary to explain why he expects access to PFN platforms or privileges.
One cannot demand the benefits of an organization one does not belong to.

2. On the Alleged Ministry Restrictions in Canada and South Africa
The evangelist stated that his hosts abroad told him of an alleged PFN directive barring him from preaching. Before making this public:
• Was this claim verified with PFN leadership?
• Could the hosts have used PFN as an excuse after personally reconsidering the invitation?
• Was the individual who allegedly gave the directive truly a PFN official?

Since the accusation has already been made public, the evangelist should also make public the names of the churches and pastors in Canada and South Africa who made these claims in order for the truth to be established.

Scripture instructs us to “prove all things” before conclusions are drawn.

3. On His Relationship With Former PFN Leadership
Evangelist Omolehin has a known longstanding relationship with Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, former PFN President. If the current PFN President appeared inaccessible, why was Pastor Ayo not consulted for counsel, clarification, or intervention?

Additionally, the timeline remains unclear.
When exactly did his disagreements with PFN begin?
Past claims, such as PFN allegedly stopping crusades in Ekiti State, now stand beside new claims that PFN is “following him abroad.” These narratives require consistency, specificity, and chronology.

4. On Freedom to Minister Outside PFN Structures
Many ministers and churches in Nigeria and around the world function effectively without PFN or CAN affiliation. Evangelist Omolehin and Apostle Arome Osayi, whom he referenced as sharing similar challenges, are fully free to establish their own ministerial association.

What should be avoided is emotional manipulation, public sympathy-seeking, or rhetoric capable of destabilizing the unity of the Church.

5. On Handling Rejection and Ministerial Opposition
If the evangelist has indeed faced opposition, spiritual maturity demands Christlike response.

Jesus faced intense rejection from religious institutions but did not seek public sympathy or controversy.

Prophet T.B. Joshua likewise endured severe criticism from PFN and CAN, yet remained focused on his assignment without public lament.

These are examples of steadfastness and restraint worth emulating.

6. On Consistency, Accountability, and Public Responsibility
Given the evangelist’s recent public apology for unhealthy remarks, it is important that this issue does not again end in retraction. Serious allegations when made publicly should be supported by:
• Names
• Dates
• Churches
• Pastors
• Documents
• Verified communication
• Evidence
The Christian community should not be burdened with unverified claims capable of producing division or mistrust.

Conclusion
This statement does not defend PFN nor condemn Evangelist Omolehin. It simply calls for accountability, clarity, and truth essentials for a healthy and united Church.

If wrongdoing exists, let it be proven.
If misunderstanding exists, let reconciliation follow.
If misinformation exists, let it be corrected in humility.

The body of Christ deserves clarity, not confusion; edification, not agitation. May all parties act in a way that honors Christ and strengthens His Church.

Signed,
Kazeem Okosun (Ph.D)

Benson Idahosa – The Lion of Africa

They called him a lion—and rightly so.

Benson Idahosa roared with faith in a continent plagued by fear.

He believed God could raise the dead—and He did.

He built churches, schools, and universities, all on faith.

He challenged witchcraft with boldness and shook governments with prayer.

He didn’t just talk faith—he lived it loudly.

His life echoed this truth: With God, all things are possible.

And Africa would never be the same again.

Reinhard Bonnke – The Evangelist to a Continent Africa shall be saved! That was his cry.

Reinhard Bonnke preached with fire and urgency. He believed hell was real—and so was God’s power to save. His crusades drew millions. His sermons shook hearts. From tents to open fields, the gospel thundered across nations. Miracles followed.

But his focus was always Jesus. He preached until his voice broke but never stopped. And when the dust settled, millions had come to Christ. He left us this truth: The gospel must be preached with fire!

David Yonggi Cho – The Church Planter Who Believed Big

In post-war South Korea, poverty ruled… but faith began to rise.
A young man named David Yonggi Cho believed God could build something impossible. He started a church in a tent with just five people. But his prayers were louder than the crowds.

He preached faith, healing, and the power of the Holy Spirit.
Soon, thousands gathered. Then tens of thousands. He built the largest church in the world—not with gimmicks, but with prayer and vision. Today, his legacy proves: God still honors bold faith.
