Facing Life's Challenges:
Just like King Ahaz faced threats and challenges in Isaiah 7:1-2, we too encountered our share of struggles this past year – health issues, financial hurdles, and relational ups and downs. But remember, challenges are just opportunities for God's promises to shine brighter! 💪

God's Unshakeable Promise:
In the midst of uncertainty, God declared in Isaiah 7:7, "It will not take place, it will not happen." His promises are not mere words; they are anchors in the storm, unchanging and reliable. 🌊⚓️

Our Declaration of Faith:
As we stand on the brink of the New Year, let's boldly declare Jeremiah 29:11 over our lives – God has plans for our welfare and a future filled with hope. 🌈 What we declare in faith sets the tone for what unfolds in our lives. 🙌

Confidence in the Unchanging God:
Hebrews 13:8 reassures us that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. As we step into the new year, let's be confident that the unchanging God who guided Abraham, Moses, and countless others is with us too. 🌟

Facing the New Year with Peace:
Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us to face the new year with confidence, trusting in the peace that surpasses understanding. Let's take a lesson from Paul and Silas, who found joy in worship even in challenging circumstances. 🎶✨

Closing Thoughts:
As we embark on this journey into a new year, let's carry unshakeable confidence in God's promises. His Word will be our guide, His promises our strength, and His peace our constant companion. 🙏

Ministry Report and Gratitude

Dear Beloved in Christ,

Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. As we reflect on the year that has passed, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for your steadfast support and commitment to our ministry. Your prayers and financial contributions have been the bedrock of our ability to serve and make a tangible impact in various communities.

Missionary and Pastor Support:
We are delighted to report that, by the grace of God, we have been able to support our missionaries and village pastors consistently, without fail. Your contributions have enabled us to provide for their needs, ensuring that they can focus on the vital work of spreading the Gospel.

Community Outreach:
In Thiruvallur District of Tamil Nadu, we have extended our support to 17 children from parentless and single-parent families of the Irular community and 10 children of Santhali Tribal in Bihar. Additionally, we have provided groceries to meet the nutritional needs of these children, reflecting the love of Christ in practical ways.

Furthermore, we have reached out to eight senior citizens from the Irular community, ensuring that they are cared for and not forgotten. It is a joy to share that, through your support, we provide a daily meal to these eight senior citizens, ensuring they have nourishment and companionship.

Field Visits and Training Programs:
This year, we had the privilege of visiting our mission fields in Bihar twice — in February and December 2023. During these visits, we conducted pastoral training programs, strengthening the leadership in these areas. Moreover, we visited our village mission fields, spending time with the families we serve.

In addition to these endeavors, we proudly report the construction and dedication of a new church building in one of our mission fields. Your sacrificial giving has directly contributed to the expansion of God's kingdom in these regions.

Local Church Support:
Continuing our commitment to nurturing our local churches, we regularly visited and ministered at churches in the Thiruvallur district of Tamil Nadu. Through your support, we have been able to encourage pastors and congregations, fostering spiritual growth and community development.

Support Beyond Our Network:
In our commitment to the broader body of Christ, we have not only supported our own missionaries and pastors but also extended assistance to other pastors in fellowship whenever needs arose. Together, we are building a network that reflects the unity and generosity found in Acts 2:44-45.

Infrastructure Development:
We are excited to share a new initiative in Bihar. Understanding the importance of hygiene and sanitation, we have initiated the construction of toilets and washrooms in one of our churches. This church serves as a gathering place for believers from nearby villages and hosts our pastoral training programs. Your support is facilitating not just spiritual growth but also enhancing the overall well-being of the community.

Disaster Relief Efforts:
During the recent flood in Chennai, your support enabled us to respond promptly. We distributed mattresses, bedsheets, and rice bags to affected families in two villages. Your compassion and generosity brought tangible relief to those facing adversity.

Personal and Family Thanksgiving:
As we express our deepest gratitude for your unwavering support in the ministry, we also want to extend heartfelt thanks for your personal and family support. Thank you to everyone who has played a role in financing our children's education. Your generosity is shaping the future of our family, and we are truly grateful.

We want to express sincere thanks to those who have stood by us during health challenges, contributing to our hospital bills. Your prayers and financial support have been a lifeline during difficult times.

A special thank you to those who continually pray for us and support our family beyond the scope of the ministry. Your unwavering encouragement is a testament to the love and fellowship we share in Christ.

We are excited to introduce to you our new missionary, Julius Tudu, who has been faithfully serving the Lord in Duhagudi Village, JHAPA, Nepal, for the past 10 years. Julius is married to Abigel, and they are blessed with two wonderful children.
Julius belongs to the Santhal Community and felt a strong calling from God to become a missionary in Nepal. He and his family have dedicated their lives to spreading the Gospel and planting churches in this region. Their passion for ministry has led them to make significant sacrifices for the sake of God's kingdom. In order to fully commit to their mission, Julius's wife resigned from her job, which was their main source of income, to support the ministry full-time.
As Julius continues his tireless efforts in ministering to the people of Duhagudi Village, we have an opportunity to come alongside him and support him in various ways. He has humbly reached out to us, requesting our prayers and any possible financial assistance to meet the basic needs of his family. The support he seeks includes monthly contributions to cover house rent, groceries, and his children's education.

Praise be to the Almighty, for it is through God's grace that we have been entrusted with the opportunity to initiate a children's ministry in the newly constructed church at Jarbari Sema Tangi Santal Adivasi Mission Field.
In this community, there exists a situation where only a few children attend school, and unfortunately, many parents fail to comprehend the significance of education. However, Sister Shanti Embaram has taken it upon herself to educate these children in the essential skills of reading and writing. Through her dedication and commitment, she strives to bring enlightenment to their lives.
In the days to come, our focus will be further directed towards enhancing the educational prospects for these children. We earnestly request your prayers in support of our endeavours. Your continued prayers and supports towards this cause are highly appreciated.

Church Construction Update
Dear beloved brothers and sisters,
With great joy and gratitude, we bring you an uplifting update on the completion of our church construction project in Jarbari village, Kishanganj district of Bihar. Through the immense grace of God and the fervent prayers and sacrificial support of dear brothers and sisters like you, we have reached a momentous milestone. We stand in awe as we witness the fulfilment of Psalm 118:24, which declares, "The Lord has done it this very day; let us rejoice today and be glad."
By His faithful provision and your unwavering dedication, we are thrilled to announce that the construction work of our church has been successfully completed. Moreover, the electrical fittings have been installed, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for worship and fellowship. This accomplishment is a testament to the faithfulness and unity of our church community.
We are filled with gratitude and awe as we reflect on the fact that, as planned, the Lord has graciously helped us finish the construction work before the onset of the rainy season. Praise be to God for His perfect timing and guidance throughout this project. It is a cause for great celebration and thanksgiving.
In light of this momentous occasion, our missionaries and church members have gathered at the newly constructed church building to offer heartfelt prayers of gratitude to our faithful God. Witnessing the people worshipping the Lord within the walls of our church fills us with immeasurable joy and deep gratitude. It is a testimony of God's faithfulness and the incredible impact that your prayers and sacrificial financial support have made.
While we eagerly anticipate the official dedication of the church after the rainy season, either in November or December, we encourage the congregation to gather at the church for worship services and other meetings. Church Construction Update
Dear beloved Saints in Christ,
We are excited to share an update on the progress of our church construction, as we witness the fulfillment of God's promises and the remarkable work accomplished by His grace. As we journey through this process, we draw strength from the words of Zachariah 4:6, which remind us that, "Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,' says the LORD Almighty." Truly, it is by His Spirit and provision that we have come this far.
We are delighted to announce significant advancements in the construction of our church. Here are the latest updates:
1. Plastering and Flooring: The interior of our church now bears beautifully plastered walls, providing a smooth and refined finish. Additionally, the flooring work has been completed, offering a solid foundation for our congregation to gather and worship. These crucial elements contribute to the overall aesthetics and functionality of our sacred space.
2. Windows, Back Door, and Front Door: We are grateful to share that the windows and back door have been successfully fixed, providing natural light and ventilation to our sanctuary. Furthermore, we are eagerly anticipating the installation of the front door, which is scheduled to be completed by next week. The completion of these entrances is significant as it signifies the opening of our church to the community, welcoming all who seek solace and spiritual growth.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who have supported us through your prayers and financial contributions. Your unwavering support has been instrumental in bringing us this far, and we are profoundly grateful for your commitment to the growth of our church.
While significant progress has been made, we still have some vital needs that require attention. We humbly request your continued prayers for the following:
1. Painting: The painting phase is yet to be completed. We eagerly anticipate this final touch, as it will bring vibrancy and life to our worship space, reflecting the joy and love we have for our Lord and Savior.
2. Electrical and Plumbing: The installation of electrical and plumbing systems is crucial to ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities. We trust Jehovah Jireh, our provider, to meet these needs and ensure a safe and efficient infrastructure for our church.
3. Furnishings and Equipment: To create a comfortable and engaging worship environment, we are in need of mattresses, chairs, a podium, and audio equipment. These items will enhance our worship services, allowing us to effectively communicate God's message and facilitate meaningful gatherings.
We firmly believe that Jehovah Jireh, our provider, will meet these remaining needs, just as He has faithfully done thus far. Let us join together in fervent prayer, seeking His guidance, and provision as we approach the completion of this transformative project.
