It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the passing of Sister Teresa Waters, a beloved member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. While our hearts are saddened by her absence, we do not grieve as those who have no hope, for Scripture reminds us, “Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord” Revelation 14:13. We thank God for the life, love, and legacy Sister Teresa shared with us, and we trust the promise of Jesus: “I am the resurrection, and the life” John 11:25. May the Lord comfort our family, strengthen our church family, and remind us that for the believer, death is not the end—it is the doorway into the presence of our Savior. Continue to lift the family in prayer.
