Anchor of Hope Women's Ministry Anchor of Hope Women's Ministry was founded by Colleen Litsey
of Jubilee Christian Center.

The heart of AOH is to reach out to women from all cultures and church denominations to strengthen and encourage them in their daily walk with God. We also have an immediate goal to provide a Re-Entry Housing Program to assit women after the release of incarceration.
