📌Paul reminds us that unexpected circumstances don’t mean God has stopped working. What looks like an interruption to us may be the very thing God uses to accomplish His purposes.

📌We may not always understand what God is doing, but we can trust that He is still at work.

🙏🏼 Have you ever started praying for someone because you wanted God to change them?

🙏🏼 The longer we pray for someone, we may not always see them change, but we start to see our own hearts change.

🙏🏼 Prayer doesn’t just express our love for people. It’s one of the ways God grows our love for people.

Blood can't be manufactured. Someone has to give it.

This Sunday, September 6, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, Metropolitan Bible Church is partnering with Our Blood Institute for a blood drive in the Bloodmobile on our campus. You're welcome whether you've been here a hundred Sundays or never once. One donation can save up to three lives. It takes about an hour, and successful donors get a free T-shirt while supplies last.

Why does a church do this? Because we follow someone who gave his blood so we could live. That gift is still offered to anyone who wants it. Giving a pint is a small way to say thank you and point somewhere bigger.

Anyone healthy and 16 or older can donate. Bring a photo ID.
