I'd like to welcome Justin Keene to the Chat!

Justin Keene is the Student Ministry Pastor at NorthPark Church in Meridian, Mississippi. A native of Marion, Virginia, Justin is passionate about seeing the next generation grow in their walk with Christ and with each other.

Justin and his wife Hannah were married in 2013 and have 2 amazing girls. He loves ice cream, time with his family, funny movies, NCAA football, & the Virginia Tech Hokies.

We’ve included the links above for both Camp Oakridge’s waiver and the State Ministry waiver for this year’s camp. Every student and adult attending will need to have both forms completed.

When you register your group, you’ll receive access to these links again, but we wanted to share them early to give you a head start—knowing it can take time to connect with every parent and get everything submitted.

We understand this can feel like a lot of paperwork, and we truly appreciate the effort it takes on your end. Each waiver serves a specific and important purpose:

The State Ministry waiver grants permission for photos to be taken and used, and covers general liability related to participation in a state-sponsored event.

Camp Oakridge’s waiver pertains specifically to the use of their facilities and activities (such as the rock wall, pool, paintball, etc.).

Because of these distinct purposes, the forms cannot be combined.
