Did you know mentorship is a Godly principle? There is someone that you must mentor and guide and there's someone that must mentor and guide you. You need to be teaching someone what you know, while someone is teaching you what they know.

How to Identify your Naomi

She's already producing something successful.
She's doing what you want to do.
She's not selfish, but willing to share what she knows.
She wants you to be great, even greater than her, because after all, you are a reflection of her!
She's caring and will not beat you up, if you mess up.
She makes you responsible for your future; she won't allow you to be lazy!
She holds you accountable for your future and won't let you blame yourself for your mistakes, failures, or lack of success.
She knows when you no longer need her and pushes you out of the nest.

Being single is neither a curse nor the state of being incomplete. Be encouraged to embrace your singleness as a blessing. Remember Paul and Jesus were single.

Listen there’s absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to be married. God fabricated woman for man. God created us to be in relationship. There’s a difference between desiring to be married and being desperate to be married.

There are many blessings to being single.

1. Focus on your parents, siblings, nieces, nephews and other family.
2. Find your God-given passion
3. Serve in your local church
4. Ministry opportunities
5. Be active in your community
6. Pursue your career and dreams
7. Prepare for future financially
8. Travel
9. Heal all brokenness
10. Spend time with God

Often the above list is short changed in the waiting period. It is important to take the necessary time to find one’s purpose. This ensures you aren’t settling for an attraction in your current state but rather finding your partner in purpose. The antiquated thought of finding someone to complete you, suggests that God doesn’t do all things well. The goal should be to find someone that compliments your our purpose. The time of singleness is the time to figure out what your passion is, what are your goals and what you like and dislike.

Unequally yoked is far more than two people being Christians. There’s an incredible power in agreement. When you have taken the time to find your passion, purpose, loves, what drives you and have busied your hands with the Father’s business and family, it will be less likely to fall for the guy or girl that doesn’t compliment your purpose.

The Bible teaches not everyone was intended to be married. I’ve heard my single friends be asked what is wrong with you why are you not married. Perhaps the gift given to them is to remain single.

1. What do you want your 2020 to look like? What do you want to achieve? Vacation, saving, big purchases, focus
2. What do you want to be known for in 2020? At work, church, with friends and family
3. If you could choose anything to happen in 2020 what would it be and how are you going to make it happen?
4. If you could change anything about your life what is it and how will you change it?
5. What is the most important thing to you? Should it be important?

The plans of the diligent lead surely to plenty, but those of everyone who is hasty surely to poverty. Proverbs 21:5

Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. Habakkuk 2:2

Commit to the Lord whatever you do and He will establish your plans. Proverbs 16:3.

May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed. Psalms 20:4

Suppose one of you wants to build a tower, won't you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it. Luke 14:8 (money= resources, stamina, resolve, energy)

I sat yesterday and reflected upon this last week. We worked, prayed, fasted, posted, invited and shared about this conference and God showed up. Being raised in church and taught to serve, it is not second nature but first nature now to serve. I had a real Mary vs. Martha experience that literally made me go back to the scriptures and re-read it. I am on the hospitality team which essentially means that you are the first team to get there, last team to leave and you work during service to prepare and we love every minute of it.

Martha has invited Jesus and the disciples into her home. We had invited God and people to every service. Mary sat as his feet which was the position of a disciple. In this time it was excepted of Mary to serve domestically. Hospitality was valued greatly in that time. So as we are preparing and making sure things are set and ready for our special guests there's a pull to the sanctuary but once I'm in there's a internal struggle between Mary and Martha. Martha wanted to make her meal/home right for the vessel delivering the word and those with him. Mary wants to learn more about Jesus and spend time in His presence. The struggle of doing what is expected vs His presence. I believe in excellence in the Kingdom and I love serving. We knew that the conference wasn't for us we were the host church. Essentially by design we were Martha opening up her home (Quest Church) in every service God moved and changed the direction and I was able to sit at His feet and hear the Father's heart and instructions. I'm so thankful that Bishop Rick Hawkins and Jovahna Hawkins allowed us to change the format this year so that we could have a Mary experience and still fulfill Martha's responsibilities. It was an blessing and honor to serve. I love the ladies on our team, we work hard, laugh, pray, worship and excel in the Kingdom together. Crystal thanks for laying out the vision with clarity. After these three days I can Declare that I am Unstuck and in receipt of the Mantle of Promotion. I expect today will be another 🔥🔥🔥 service.
