Jesus didn’t just come to forgive us. He came to heal us.

At Prevailing Church, we believe many people genuinely love God, yet continue to struggle with the same habits, addictions, emotional pain, and destructive patterns year after year—not because they don’t love Jesus, but because the deeper wounds driving those struggles have never been addressed.

We believe the Holy Spirit desires to bring healing to the hidden places of the heart: loneliness, rejection, shame, fear, trauma, guilt, and the inner burdens that often leave people feeling defeated.

We aren’t interested in helping people simply look spiritual. We desire to see people become whole through the transforming power of Jesus Christ. As healing takes place on the inside, freedom begins to show on the outside.

If you’re tired of pretending everything is okay, if you’re weary of fighting the same battles over and over, and you’re ready to experience deeper healing and lasting transformation, we’d love to walk that journey with you.

We have to stop mourning lost places, situations, and even people that may have left our lives. Not every exit is a loss.
Not every closed door is rejection.
Not every ending is punishment.

Sometimes it’s positioning.

Joseph lost a coat before he gained a crown.
Moses lost a palace before he found his purpose.
David lost proximity to the king before he became king.

What felt like loss was actually preparation.

We grieve what we thought would last.
But God sees what’s meant to launch us.

If it left…
If it shifted…
If it didn’t work out…

It may not have been taken from you.

It may have been moving you.

Stop mourning what God has already moved you from.

There is something greater ahead — and we don’t step into it looking backward.
