Matthew and Christin have been married for seven years. They currently live in Clarkton, NC. Christin is a graduate from Southwestern Christian University and a former teacher at Grace Christian Academy. Matthew is a graduate from the North Carolina School of Ministry in Falcon as well as a student at Holmes Bible College. He currently works wit
h Piedmont Natural Gas in Fayetteville, NC. They have served in their local church doing many things from janitorial work to children’s education director. They believe it has all been preparation for this very moment in their lives. What's Next...
We have felt the call to missions on our lives for quite some time and recently had the opportunity to serve in Indonesia. We are preparing to move to Indonesia by this time next year where we will serve as short-term missionaries from 2016-2018 with the IPHC. Matthew will serve as a Bible instructor and mentor to the students at Batam School of Ministry. I will be teaching English at Elsadai Elementary School and to the local pastors and leaders. We will also be representatives of People to People Ministries and will
partner in community development projects and disaster relief work. IIn the Meantime....
We have started scheduling church services to share our mission journey with others as well as to begin raising support for our time of upcoming service in Indonesia.
