Father,
Through the intercession of the precious Holy Spirit, your wonderful gift through Jesus, we come before you asking you to empower us, our loved ones, and our church family through the power of your Holy Spirit . We pray for renewal to sweep over our country and throughout our world, led by your Spirit of grace, power, and love. Thank you for this incomparable gift of the Holy Spirit. In the name of Jesus, the giver of this great gift, we pray.

Great God,
Creator of the countless heavens and gracious one who tends to our own small blue planet, we thank you for noticing the heart-cry of each of us, even though we are so small in a universe so vast. We love you, admire you, trust you, and worship you with wonder at your greatness and grandeur. Your marvelous love, demonstrated to us in Jesus, silences us in the breathless wonder of your grace just as creation shouts to your glory about your marvelous work as Creator, in Jesus' name.

May your name be reverenced and held holy in our life’s and our world today. May your will be done, may your reign on earth come with power, might, and finality in our life’s, and please help us usher it into our world. We want it to come just as it is already real in heaven with you. As we yield our busyness and fretfulness to you, please create the yearning in our hearts to be still in your presence and be nourished in the quiet silence of reverent stillness. In Jesus' name, and to be more like Jesus my Savior, we pray.

Holy Father,
We commit today to release any grudge or bitterness that we have against one of your children. We’re sorry for not reflecting your grace and mercy more, the grace that you lavished on us. Father, we need the help of your Holy Spirit to relinquish our claim on the wrongs committed against us. Please empower us as we commit to following Jesus' example of forgiving, even when it is hard. Through Jesus we pray.

Holy Lord Jesus,
Please take control of our life’s and our will. We long to be wholly yours. We want you as our Savior and our Lord. We want to honor you, not just in word, but also in thought, word, and deed. Trusting you as our Savior and Lord, we offer you our hearts, our life’s, and our all as we confess this before the Father and pray through you, Lord Jesus.

We pray today, asking that you not only be our strength, but be the strength of those we love who are battling depression, grief, and despair. We pray that together, we may.....know the hope to which [you have called us], the riches of [your] glorious inheritance in [your] holy people, and [your] incomparably great power for us who believe..

We find great comfort in knowing that we cannot be in a place or time where you are not. Stir our courage through your Spirit, that we may be bolder because of your power and presence. Help us to share the Gospel of Jesus with boldness, yet with gentleness and respect, with those who need your hope. In Jesus' name we pray.
