We have received permission from the thrift store next door, allowing us to use their parking lot. Gurdwara Sangat can park in their parking lot as long as its on the EAST SIDE of the thrift store near our shared fence between the Thrift store and Gurdwara Sahib. Please DO NOT park in front of the Thrift store. They have requested that parking in front of the store be used for their customers only. All guest parking will be directed to the shopping center across the street from the Gurdwara sahib. Please try to avoid parking right in front of the existing stores in the shopping center. In order for us to be able to continue the annual mela we must respect their decision and generosity of their business. Thank you in advance!

We are very excited for our 2nd annual Baisakhi Mela tomorrow May 20th 2017. We appreciate everyone's hard work and commitment to the great event every year. This is not possible without each of you helping. We are still in need of more volunteers for tomorrow, in general, to tear down afterwards. We are in need of some turbans as well for the 'turban tying' booth so if you can please bring some with you it would be greatly appreciated. We hope to see everyone there and we will have a blast.

Thank you again.

Dear Members of Sadh Sangat family,

The countdown has begun for the Exciting Interfaith event, "Harmony in Melody – Unity in Diversity" coming up on this Saturday, October 10th at 6.30 pm.

We are looking forward to a wonderful evening with highly accomplished musicians, Ghazal Maestro Sudhir Narain, Melodic Nightingale, Uma Mantravadi accompanied by talented Haman Ramnarine.

This is a pilot program of bringing groups of diverse faiths together and to share common grounds.
Unity in diversity enables building bridges instead of walls. Times of disasters, losses and tragedies can very challenging. A good network and support system between our diverse groups can help to ease the difficult times. Sharing our rich cultural and traditional heritages can enhance the joy. Educating and cultivating these values is a priceless blessing for our youth and future generations.

It is very crucial that causes like this are well supported and encouraged. The tickets are available with Mr. Lucky Singh,
Mr. Bhupinder Obhrai and Mrs. Anjali Bhasin. They will also be available at the venue. The checks can be made to Sikh Gurudwara of Oklahoma.

Please contact:[email protected] or call at 405-204-3063 if you would like to volunteer or have any questions.
