We are blessed at Ebenezer to have church family filled with remarkable people, and today we celebrated our own as we recognized our graduates and their outstanding accomplishments.

Kolbey Watkins, son of lifelong member RaShana Cox and grandson of longtime and faithful member Rita Cox-Rose, is one of the graduates we recognized. This family has been an important part of our church for many years, and their legacy continues to shine through Kolbey’s incredible achievements.

Although Kolbey could not be with us in person due to his studies taking him around the world, we are so proud of all he has accomplished. His graduation regalia reflects not only his hard work, but also the many honors and recognitions he has earned along the way.

Take a moment to watch this video and hear about just some of the achievements of this outstanding young man. We are grateful to celebrate him and the family that has means so much to our church.

I want to invite you to join us tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM for worship at Ebenezer Baptist Church.

God has prepared a special day for us. I will be preaching from Deuteronomy 33:25b, “As thy days, so shall thy strength be,” with a message entitled “Strength Drops Daily.”

We will also be recognizing our graduates and those continuing their educational journeys through the Sue Stripling Development Fund Program. I’m honored that my friend, Dr. Anthony Woody, will be with us as our guest speaker, sharing words of encouragement and inspiration with our graduates, continuing education students, young adults, and our entire congregation.

If you need a word from the Lord, encouragement for the journey, or a place to worship, we’d love to welcome you.

Join us tomorrow at 10:00 AM. I believe God has something for you.
