Join St. Augustine next Wednesday night for our new formation WORDS OF FAITH!

Mike Johnston will be leading us September 9th to September 30th from 6-7:30 p.m. in a Formation filled with fellowship for all ages!

Each week will consist of a dinner in the Parish Hall, followed by viewing a video, before breaking out into three separate groups: Grade School, Teenagers, and Adults, where all of us will discuss Words of Faith!

We hope to see you there!

A few moments from St. Augustine stop of the Howlelujah Tour captured by the incredibly talented Jason Pierce

Father Bill Miller and Musician Joey McGee, with Padre’s Pup, Mystic, shared their God-given gifts to benefit Free to Live Animal Sanctuary. 

St. Augustine hosted the ONLY ADOPTION EVENT on the Tour. Parishioners gave from their hearts, donating treats, collars, blankets, dog beds, a dog stroller, and cash. 

Perhaps best of all was the adoption of Lisbeth, by Parishioner Scott Myers!

Full Circle Books sponsored the sale of Fr. Bill’s three books at St. Augustine’s on Saturday night and Sunday morning, and at Full Circle on Sunday afternoon. On Saturday evening,  Steven Zoeller announced that Full Circle’s owner, Mr. Jim Tolbert, approved 100% of their proceeds after cost to be donated to Free to Live! We want to thank Mr. Tolbert’s generosity, and we thank Steven for his presence, salesmanship!

We also thank Dillon Pfundt of Circle E, Inc., on Waterloo Rd.,  for their generous donation of 120 lbs. of dog food.

On Sunday morning, we were pleased to present Reagan Hamlin, of Free to Live Animal Sanctuary, a check combining total cash donations from SAC and a very generous gift from Full Circle Books, totaling over $1,800!

Join St. Augustine this Sunday, August 16th, in our annual Blessing of the Backpacks! As the school year is about to begin again, we will take a moment at both services to pray for the children, teachers, and administrators in our parish!
