We had a great evening out for our end of year event. Fujiyama and Inside Out 2. It seemed like the weather was going to ruin our evening, but it all worked out. It rained horribly all the way there. We had to cancel our reservation and had to wait for our table. We had tickets for the movie at 8. We missed it. We then went to the 9:30 show. We explained what happened and they graciously let use our 8:00 tickets for the 9:30 show. We got home much later than expected, but safe and happy from a blessing of an evening together.

I just want everyone to know that this group of teenagers and young adults are so wonderful. They are good people and look out for each other. They have grown a friendship among everyone in the group that is inspiring. The love and support they have for each other is built on trust and complete transparency. As they grew this friendship, they were growing their own walk of faith. They have shared joy, laughter, tears, and prayers with each other, always encouraging each other. It is an honor that they chose to let me be a part of it.

On May 10th I hosted a youth BBQ at my house. This group of teenagers and young adults have made a lasting impression on my heart. Of course we had food, fellowship, and fun, but the relationship among this group are strong, real, and loving. I pray they continue to grow in Christ and their friendship stays strong.

Monday night's Easter egg hunt. Chad and I did a great job hiding them, but these smart kids knew all the tricks. It didn't take them long to find them all.

We had a great night watching a movie at Vicar and Ded's house tonight. We were extremely blessed by their hospitality.

We had a great evening playing Manhunt at the sports complex. Unfortunately I didn't get many picture. Caleb was the ultimate winner. In the last game he had everyone looking for him for over 30 minutes.

ROCK THE UNIVERSE 2024 WAS AWESOME! There were 11 of us that went this time. We were blessed with a 12 passenger van so we could all ride together. First time we were able to do that in 12 years. The bands we saw were great and played some of our favorite songs. What a blessed evening. The only low was getting in so late (3 a.m.) we slept through chuch. Good thing we can watch it on Facebook.

DQ for the win. A good night of fellowship with treats. I love the time we spend together.

Our Christmas dinner and the avocados I forgot to bring. We all enjoyed making our own sushi rolls, sandwiches, and bowls.
