Good Morning, For the last few weeks I have been speaking about the Grace, Mercy, Love, and forgiveness of our Father God, sometimes I feel inclined to return to the security and promise of The Eternal long-suffering of our Father, I was trying to assure the people that God knew all that we would do before we did it, even our bad choices and decisions that were made, we did not surprise Him, even though the decisions may have cost something if we have given our hearts to Him, which is another thing that He foreknew, bringing the scripture that all things work together for the good of those that love the Lord and that are called according to His purpose, not that what we may have done in sin and separation from Him, didn’t bring trouble or sorrow, but that He redeemed us through the Blood of His Son, and washed our sins away, and then uses all that we have been through and where we are now for His Glory, and because of His Great love and mercy continues to offer new opportunities for us to serve Him. Oh What A Mighty God we Have, we will never deserve this kind of love and yet that does not stop its overflow. read the truth, tell the truth, live the truth, its gonna be a good day. M

Good Morning, And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet? I wonder how many even consider what they may lack in really committing to the Lord in order to receive eternal life, in a day when most are only concerned about themselves, and what’s in life for them? If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me. you mean go and do something and give up everything for You? I think that’s what He meant, the question still remains, what has changed in the agreement? read the truth, tell the truth, live the truth, its gonna be a good day and a great weekend, take someone to church.

Good Morning, How can someone be born when they are old?’ Nicodemus asked. . . . Jesus answered, ‘Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit’” When someone dies to every self-righteous impulse, to their religion and their virtues and everything they’ve been leaning on apart from Jesus Christ, “To all who did receive Him . . . He gave the right to become children of God”. Is my knowledge of Jesus based on personal spiritual perception or on what I’ve heard others say? Do I have something in my life that connects me to Jesus Christ as my savior? The bedrock of any spiritual history must be personal knowledge. To be born again means that I see Jesus with my own eyes. The new birth brings with it a new power of vision that enables me to discern God’s rule. Am I discerning it? When I am born again, I see that His rule was there all along. “No one who is born of God will continue to sin”. Have I stopped sinning, or am I merely trying to stop sinning? In John it doesn’t mean that we can’t sin; it means that if we obey the life of God in us, we needn’t sin. (Keep at it)O/C read the truth, tell the truth, live the truth, it’s gonna be a good day.

Good Morning, one of the hardest sells when dealing with relational issues is that the response is not to be based on the action of the other party, regardless of how aggravating or combative they may be. The Bible teaches plainly that we are to not return bad behavior or a bad attitude when we may receive one or interpret something that would trigger something resting in us that just needs a bit of a tug and then there it is, Bang! and things that have no business in a believers life, and once again, from the abundance of the heart the mouth tells the tale of what’s underneath, I think it safe to say we all have the ability to let something fly that we really don’t need to. There in lies the problem we must have that Holy Spirit self control, I believe its possible even for the rankest of people that desperately want to live for God to keep things in check, we have to believe that if we make any effort toward Him in the right direction He will empower us to accomplish a life that brings Honor and Glory to Him. This is the real reason we are here, in this life, isn’t it? read the truth, tell the truth, live the truth, its gonna be a good day.

Good Morning, God’s desire is that people be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, in this present age until Christ’s return, the basic assignment is the Great Commission: the gospel is to be preached to all nations, and disciples are to be made, baptized, and taught to obey everything Jesus commanded(wow) Believers are called to: Live as lights and witnesses in a fallen world, Grow in holiness and Christlikeness by the Spirit, Love God and neighbor, do good, and walk in the good works prepared for them, Hold fast to the faith and endure while awaiting “the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ” Scripture does not portray this age as a time in which humanity perfects itself or brings in the kingdom by its own effort. It is the time of gospel proclamation, the gathering of a people for God’s name from every nation and patient waiting under God’s sovereignty until the appointed day of Christ’s return, judgment, and the renewal of all things. In short, the consistent biblical thread is that God is redeeming a people through His Son, sending them into the world with the gospel, and will consummate history when Jesus returns to take His own to be with Him forever, now the question remains, where is this in the Modern day gospel message of “What’s in it for Me” and What is He going to do for me, today? Good Morning, have you ever really thought what Gods Plan is: God’s revealed plan centers on creating humanity for relationship with Him, addressing the fall through redemption in Christ, and advancing the gospel until Christ’s return, when believers are gathered to Him. Scripture presents, Creation and original purpose God created humans in His image to know Him, reflect His character, exercise responsible dominion over the earth, multiply, and fill it. The relationship was meant to be direct and unbroken.The fall and the need for a Savior because of Sin entered through disobedience, bringing death, separation from God, and a cursed creation. From the start God announced a Redeemer who would crush the serpent, The rest of the Old Testament traces God’s preparation of a people and the line through which the Messiah would come. Redemption accomplished in Christ In the fullness of time God sent His Son. Jesus lived sinlessly, died as a substitutionary sacrifice for sins, and rose again, But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. Gal 4:4-5 Salvation is by grace through faith in Him—repentance toward God and trust in Christ’s finished work—not by works, it was always His desire to be to have us with Him and to enjoy being His Children, to be continued, read the truth, tell the truth, live the truth, its gonna be a good day.

Good Morning, did you know, the modern altar call is not a biblical practice. Scripture contains no command, example, or pattern of inviting people to walk forward to a front “altar” area at the end of a service to indicate a decision for Christ, rededicate their lives, or seek prayer in that specific way. What the New Testament actually shows The apostles and early church responded to the gospel through preaching, repentance, faith, public confession, and baptism. Key examples include: Pentecost, Peter preaches; the hearers are “cut to the heart” and ask what they should do. He tells them to repent and be baptized. About 3,000 are added that day—no formal invitation to come forward is described. Other conversions, involve hearing the word, believing, and often immediate baptism. Jesus called people to follow Him publicly and spoke of confessing Him before men, but He never organized services around a response aisle or special front seating for decision-making. Scripture does emphasize urgency in calling people to repent and believe, and it values public identification with Christ. Those elements are biblical. The particular method of the altar call is not. The practice as commonly known today is relatively recent. It grew out of 18th- and 19th-century revivalism, especially the “anxious bench” (or mourner’s bench) popularized by Charles Finney during the Second Great Awakening. Finney and others treated conversion as something that could be produced through specific techniques (“new measures”). The method was later refined and widely spread by evangelists such as D.L. Moody and Billy Graham. It is not found in the early church, the Reformation, or the Puritans.
