THREE YEARS OF REFUGE! 🥳

This Sunday, we’re celebrating OUR 3RD BIRTHDAY — and we want to see YOU there!

Let’s celebrate three years of worship, community, changed lives, and watching God move in our valley 🤍 To every volunteer and every person who calls Refuge home — thank you for making this church what it is!

And there is SO much to celebrate this Sunday:

This Sunday, Kyle left us with a question worth carrying into the week — And if we’re willing to ask Him, “Jesus, what would You call out in me?”

The sneaky thing about sin is that it doesn’t always look like sin. Sometimes it looks like believing we know better.

Comparing our walk to someone else’s. Keeping score. Seeking approval. Judging another person while overlooking what’s happening in our own heart.

But Jesus doesn’t expose our “woes” to leave us in shame. He calls us into repentance, freedom, and a life made new in Him.

And maybe your next step is baptism🤍

Baptism is a beautiful public declaration that the old has been buried and you have been raised to new life with Christ — a response to the cleansing and forgiveness we receive through Jesus.

If you’ve put your faith in Jesus but haven’t yet been baptized, we would be honored to take that next step with you.

ONE WEEK TO GO! 🙌🏼🧡

REFUGE YOUTH NIGHT is almost here!

Starting September 2nd, our 7th–12th graders have a place to gather, grow in their faith, build real friendships, ask the big questions, and have a whole lot of fun along the way.

We believe these years matter & our prayer is that Refuge Youth would be a place where students feel known, welcomed, encouraged, and equipped to walk boldly with Jesus—together.

Sundays are for the church fam 🤍

For lifting each other up through the hard seasons, celebrating together in the good ones, and continually pointing one another back to Jesus.

What a gift it is to have a church family that reminds us: we were never meant to walk this life alone.

We pray together. We worship together. We carry one another’s burdens. We celebrate answered prayers.

And through every season, we praise the Lord—because He is faithful through it all 🙌

Come as you are. There’s a place for you here🕊️

“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Worship is more than a song—it’s a way we connect with God, seek His presence and turn our hearts toward Him.

In worship, we quiet the noise around us and remember who He is. We bring Him our gratitude, our burdens, our questions and our praise.

We make space to listen, surrender and draw near.

Scripture reminds us, “Come near to God and he will come near to you.” — James 4:8

Whether your week has been full of joy or you’re walking through something heavy, worship gives us a place to fix our eyes on Jesus and seek Him together.

There is something powerful about a church family lifting one voice in praise—different stories, different seasons, all gathered for the same purpose: to know Him, honor Him and be transformed by His presence.
 Come as you are.
Come expectant.
Come seek the Lord.
Come worship with us.
