Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of LaVonne Hagen. LaVonne passed away on Monday, July 13. Her obituary can be found here: https://www.carsonstappfuneralhome.com/obituaries/lavonne-hagen
Funeral services will be Saturday, July 25 at 11am at Immanuel with visitation at 10am.

Wonderful joint worship service with Mt Olivet members was held at Swede Valley today. We had a fantastic choir, children’s sermon, and fellowship. Thank you to everyone who came and especially to our choir which was made up of members from both churches and directed by Carolyn Lamm.

🎉 Free Lunches for Kids Start THIS Monday, June 1st — at the Library from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

This summer, Community UMC Missions Commission and Immanuel Lutheran Church are teaming up to offer FREE lunches for K–12 students — and they kick off this Monday!

📍 Where: Leonard A. Good Community Library, 208 West Mulberry St., Ogden, IA
🗓️ When: Every Monday, June 1 – July 27
(May be extended if there is a continued need)
⏰ Time: 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Each meal includes a sandwich, fruit, chips, water, and a sweet treat. No sign-ups. No cost. Just show up!
