It has pleased Almighty God to call from this vale of tears the soul of His servant, Dorothy Ratliff, who fell asleep in Jesus on August 16th, 2026.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Ogallala. The Graveside Committal will be on Friday, September 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. CST at Fort McPherson National Cemetery at Maxwell.

Let us pray.
Lord God Thou Lord of life and death, who turnest man to destruction and sayest, “Return, ye children of men”, we give Thee thanks for all the mercies which during his life Thou didst bestow upon this our beloved sister now fallen asleep: and especially do We bless Thee for having brought her to the knowledge of Thy dear Son Jesus Christ. We pray Thee, comfort the survivors with Thine everlasting comfort, and cheer them with the sweet hope of a blessed reunion in heaven.

Grant to Dorothy’s body rest in the bosom of the earth and hereafter, together with us all, a joyful resurrection to life everlasting. Teach us all to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom and finally be saved; through Jesus Christ, Thy beloved Son, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We look forward to celebrating another special 100th Anniversary service this Sunday, August 16!
Our Worship Service will begin at 8:30 AM, with Pastor Leroy Pralle serving as our guest preacher.
Following the service, everyone is invited to join us for a potluck brunch. Please bring a dish or item to share and stay for a time of food and fellowship as we continue celebrating 100 years of God’s blessings at St. Paul’s.
