Odessa Women Evening Community Bible Study

Odessa Women Evening Community Bible Study Community Bible Study is an interdenominational Bible study for the community. Our class meets at our host church, First Baptist Church of Odessa at 709 N. Lee.

We offer a wide range of courses and welcome women from all backgrounds and levels of Bible knowledge. For over thirty years, CBS has been helping children and women to grow in their knowledge and love of Jesus Christ. Nursery provided for infants to age 3. Classes provided from age 4 to 12th grade.

Begin at the very beginning! Our kickoff and first night will be August 17th, at 6 p.m..

Although Genesis is an ancient book, it speaks to some of the biggest questions we have today: Is there a God? If so, what is He like? Why is there evil in the world? Why are we here, and where can we find purpose and hope? In this course, which covers the first 22 chapters of Genesis, participants will see that God created a beautiful world and gave people a noble calling in His creation. It explains how our world was fractured by human rebellion and presents the beginnings of God’s plan to put everything back together.
