NEW YEAR 2025 MESSAGE FROM THE FADA MISSION TEAM
Dear Esteemed Executive Board Members, Advisory Committee, Leadership Teams, Staff, Fellow Philanthropists, and Well-Wishers,
We begin this message with heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering belief in our vision and purpose. Your encouragement and support have been the bedrock of our efforts to transform lives through our philanthropic mission.
Reflecting on 2024
The year 2024 was a pivotal chapter in the history of FADA Mission, marking significant strides in fulfilling the vision we set out to achieve when we were founded in 2022. Our work to serve vulnerable populations, starting in Cameroon, truly began to materialize this past year.
Notably, 2024 witnessed the enhanced engagement of our Executive Board, whose invaluable contributions have fueled our growth. We extend special recognition to our Vice President, Ms. Becky Rivera-Weis, for her unparalleled dedication and commitment to the success of our mission.
Key Accomplishments
In 2024, several milestones underscored our commitment to uplifting lives:
The Establishment of the FADA Mission Hospital in Douala, Cameroon: A beacon of hope for countless individuals in need of medical care.
Philanthropic Outreach Initiatives:
October 20, 2024: Our medical team visited the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) Center in Bomabome, Douala, where over 60 children, aged 2 to 29, received health consultations and re-evaluations.
December 23, 2024: Our second Christmas outreach reached IDPs of Lac Baleng, Bafoussam, in partnership with the Presbyterian Church of Lac Baleng.
For more details on these impactful outreaches, we invite you to visit our website at www.fadamissions.org.
Overcoming Challenges
Despite our successes, 2024 was not without its trials. Among the most significant was the disappearance of our medical equipment shipment, presumed to have arrived in Cameroon on September 13, 2024. While this setback tested our resolve, we found strength in God’s grace and were able to acquire new equipment to launch the hospital. The supplier is working diligently to investigate and reimburse the lost shipment.

Looking Ahead to 2025

As we enter 2025, we are filled with anticipation for the great developments ahead. Our plans include expanding our medical facilities and deepening our outreach to underserved communities. We invite you to join us on this transformative journey by visiting our website at www.fadamissions.org.
Conclusion
In the spirit of unity and hope, we draw inspiration from Galatians 6:9:
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
Together, let us step into 2025 with renewed determination and faith, knowing that our efforts are transforming lives and glorifying God.
Wishing you a blessed and prosperous New Year 2025.
