2400 W 81st St 70764. Founded on Sep 25 2016 by a few families in Odessa TX, Victory Church has been blessed by our Great Lord God Almighty with a Special Anointing to bring reconciliation, restoration, forgiveness, healing, peace, joy and prosperity in the name of our Lord Jesus.
