Hey Mosaic! Hope everyone had a happy and blessed Thanksgiving holiday. We started an awesome new study in Hebrews last week and we will continue next week thanks to Josh! Tomorrow we will be watching a Rob Bell/Nooma video. We wish everyone safe travels!! 🚗🚕🚙

AN INVITATION FROM ST. JAMES MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH

First United Methodist Church, Odessa has been invited by St. James Missionary Baptist Church to attend their “Moving Forward-Dedicatory Service” on Sunday, February 17, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at their new location – 2212 E. 11th Street. They have also invited us to a covered dish meal after the service. Pastor Terry Tamplen will be the preacher for this special service.

Rev. Roger McNeill says, “We can’t thank you and your congregation enough for blessing us during our time of need.”

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:
On Sunday February 17th, FUMC will observe its regular Sunday morning schedule with all worship services and Sunday Schools taking place at their regular time. However, you are invited to attend the St. James service is at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 17th at 2212 E. 11th Street, in addition to attending services at FUMC.

Please plan to join us tomorrow during our 10:00 a.m. Sunday School time for an introduction to the organization Christmas In Action. Barbara Nunez will be giving us information about this wonderful cause and how we can get involved. We would really appreciate as many people there as possible so we can look at voluteer dates and times. Thanks!
