Our mid-week Come to the Table gatherings (formerly called Logos) will be resuming on Tuesday, Sept. 29th from 6-7pm. This year's program will meet once a month on a Tuesday evening, and each gathering will include a yummy dinner. All ages are welcome to join, as this is a program to build intergenerational relationships while strengthening our faith together. We will be sharing a meal, engaging in fellowship, and doing fun activities in table groups. So come as you are and be ready to have some fun!
Please fill out a one-time registration form at arkanddove.org/tableregistration so that our team can plan meals accordingly. Then RSVP for our September gathering at arkanddove.org/sept-table.

World Communion Special Offering runs from now until World Communion Sunday, October 4th. The Annual World Communion Special Offering will be collected from the beginning of September through World Communion Sunday, the first Sunday in October.

Our World Communion donations support Anne Arundel Connecting Together (ACT) with 80% of our giving and the Anne Arundel Family Protection Initiative with 20%. Every day, families in Anne Arundel County face systemic racial, social, and economic hardships and injustices that harm and make people feel powerless. Through ACT, we are able to increase our capacity to organize WITH people for change, solving these problems and creating a more just community. The Family Protection Initiative provides food and support to families facing arrest, detention, and deportation by the government. Please give prayerfully and generously!

Ark & Dove's drumming ensemble, ROOTED IN RHYTHM, is officially welcoming new members of all skill levels! Whether you are a seasoned percussionist or have never picked up a drum before, there is a place for you to enjoy the prayerful yet vibrant energy around drumming with others in worship. Drums are provided. Rehearsal times will be arranged according to the Sundays the ensemble will be playing for services.

Another Lighting the Way Capital Campaign Project is complete! Thanks to your contributions to the capital campaign, the flat roof replacement project is complete. This was the second of the two building stewardship projects that were included in the capital campaign goals; the other was the driveway and parking lot repaving that is definitely well appreciated!
