Its been a while since we posted on here, we are finally set to receive our shipment of post oak and mesquite wood. We’ll be selling larger quantities this go around of 1/2 and full size pallets. Diesel prices are through the roof so I will be ordering in bulk to try and keep everyones cost down. Stay tuned and I will post as soon as our product is in.

The beef cheeks came out just like mini briskets, good bark for flavor and the texture was on point. Anyone needing bbq wood I got a few bags of Mesquite and Post Oak left. I’ll be delivering in Corpus, Calallen and Odem area Tuesday morning at 0800.
