Remi is on her way home. The doctors said that this entire process is going to take months, so they discharged her. we are surprised and a bit shocked, but let's keep praying that they are taking the best course of action.

On Wednesday, Feb 4, Remi and her mom were at a restaurant having lunch when Remi had a violent seizure. Update on Remi.
The doctor today did not do the embolization like we were expecting. Just the angiogram. His reasoning was because looking at the blood vessels on the angiogram, the AVM is significantly bigger, more tangled and more complex than they believed.
This means two things: one, they will have a much harder time removing it. It will still need to be embolized, possibly several times.
Number two, they cannot rush it, even though it is urgent. It must be handled delicately. Which means, they will likely be at the hospital significantly longer than expected.
The doctors will be in in the morning to update them. The nurse believes they will not send them home, even though this could take weeks.

There will be a meal train. PLEASE KEEP PRAYING.
