Grace Vineyard Real God

Restoring Lives Real God
God is Alive! When we meet He shows up, and we experience Him through His Word, His Spirit and each other.

"For where two or three have gathered together in My name, there I am in their midst." — Matthew 18:20 NASB

Real People
Come as you are. We grow by getting real with God and others in genuine, caring relationships.

“Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favo

r of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. “ — Acts 2:46-47

Restoring Lives
Give it away. We freely share the truth, love and power of Jesus to heal and restore broken lives.

“For God was in Christ, restoring the world to himself, no longer counting men's sins against them but blotting them out. This is the wonderful message he has given us to tell others. We are Christ's ambassadors. God is using us to speak to you...”
— 2 Corinthians 5:19-20

Everyone has a worldview. It's the lens through which we view the world, and interpret our experiences. Our worldview limits what we can see, what we believe is real, what we think is knowable. Cultures cultivate worldviews. This Sunday at Grace Vineyard we are working at learning to see reality the way Jesus does; we are learning how to develop a Kingdom Worldview. Join us at 9:30 at 102 N. Freeman Street in downtown Oceanside.

Latest Update From Noel Isaacs in Nepal (Friday, 5:01am):
Latest update-
Out of our seventeen church members , seven made it home, though many are carrying serious injuries. Sadly, ten went to be with the Lord.
Our hearts are heavy as we grieve the loss of those ten lives, while we thank God for preserving the seven who made it home. Please continue to keep the injured, their families, and all those grieving in your prayers.
May the Lord comfort every broken heart and give strength and healing in this difficult time. 🙏
Here's a link for donating. The money will go to the Vineyard Himlayas churches who are right in the center of this disaster.

Update and the Prayer Request from the National
Director of Vineyard Churches in the Himalayas.

These churches are located about 12 hours’ drive from Kathmandu. At present, after only two hours of travel from Kathmandu, most of the roads and bridges
leading to these region have been destroyed or washed away by the flood. As a result, we are unable to reach these communities.

Electricity has been completely cut off. There is no internet service, no telephone network, and no reliable way to contact many of the affected people. Food supplies are becoming scarce, access to healthcare is rapidly declining, and the situation remains chaotic. Many areas are unreachable, and countless individuals remain untraceable.

Most of our church members and local residents depend on daily wage labor for their livelihood. Many were employed in hydropower projects, tunnel construction, riverbed works, and at the Nepal–China border. With the disaster, many have lost not only their jobs but also their means of supporting their families.

At this moment, we do not know what the next course of action will be. However, our church team stands ready to respond and serve as soon as any opportunity opens for us to reach the affected communities. We are committed to helping in whatever way we can.

We humbly ask you to stand with us in prayer during this difficult time. Please pray for protection, provision, comfort for grieving families, and wisdom as we seek ways to respond. We will continue to keep you updated as the situation develops and as we move forward.

Thank you for your prayers and support.

The Kingdom Has Come Near -- Week 2: The Fulfillment

The Bible reveals God as one who loves to dwell with His people. In the beginning He walked with Adam and Eve in the garden. After Adam’s and Eve’s sin forced them out of the Garden, God had His people build a tabernacle and later a temple where Heaven would intersect earth and God could dwell with people. When the temple was destroyed (again because of sin) the promise was made of a new temple. Then Jesus came and “tabernacled” among us, making His dwelling with mankind. After Jesus ascended to heaven, He created a “Living Temple” made up of people as the dwelling place of His Spirit. And the Bible ends with this promise: “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God.” (Revelation 21:3)
This Sunday at Grace Vineyard we start a 3 week series learning about The God Who Dwells
