The Mandahuacas live in remote forested regions where their settlements are small and scattered. They have limited infrastructure and public and health services. Please pray that God will raise up indigenous leaders to teach culturally relevant discipleship and biblical teaching to deepen their understanding of the Christian faith. Also pray for protection of their lands and culture, and for justice and mercy in their regions affected by external pressures.

Please join us in praying for Katy Roberts, who serves on the policy team at the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission in Washington, D.C..

With a background in clinical healthcare and public policy, Katy followed God’s leading into public service from a Christ-centered perspective. Today, she works at Leland House near Capitol Hill, helping advance public policy grounded in biblical truth and equipping churches to engage cultural and moral issues with wisdom and conviction.

For Katy, this work is an act of worship—living a life of praise to Christ and helping believers shine as salt and light in the public square (Hebrews 13; John 4:23–24).

🙏 Pray for Katy as she advocates for biblically informed policy solutions, serves faithfully in Washington, and shares the hope of Christ with those she meets each day on Capitol Hill.

The teens and children will continue to meet on Wednesday nights throughout the summer at 6:30 PM at Big Ridge Baptist Church. The adults are welcome to join the Big Ridge Bible study when the Back Bay adults are not meeting.
