St. Damien bid a Final Farewell to Fr. James Locke, a Holy and Joyful Priest. He blessed us with many years of service. May his blessings continue from his new home with our Lord.

St. Damien Parish is excited to once again hold the Blessing of the Sea to celebrate the Feast of the Assumption on August 15th at 10:00 AM at St. Augustine. Following the Mass, we will process to the beach where our pastor, Msgr. Peter Joyce, will get into a lifeguard boat and toss a ring-shaped wreath of flowers into the water to symbolize the wedding of the Church with the sea. All are invited to this special celebration.
