Today we celebrate the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Saints Constantine and Helen. Through Saint Constantine’s vision of the Holy Cross and Saint Helen’s discovery of the True Cross, God worked powerfully to strengthen and spread the Christian faith throughout the world.

May their lives remind us to place our trust in Christ and boldly carry our own crosses with faith and love.

Holy Saints Constantine and Helen, pray for us! ☦️

Christ is Risen!

“Where there is humility, there is no anxiety” reminds us that true peace begins not in our circumstances, but in the posture of our heart. For young people who often feel pressure to perform, achieve, and constantly compare themselves, humility becomes a liberating way of seeing life clearly and gently. In the light of the Resurrection, humility means trusting that Christ has already overcome the world, so we don’t have to carry its weight alone.

When we stop trying to prove ourselves and instead rest in who God created us to be, anxiety loosens its grip. For those who work with youth, this quote invites us to model a calm, unhurried spirit that shows young people they are loved without conditions. Humility teaches us to listen more than we speak, to encourage rather than critique, and to guide without controlling. It creates a space where young people can breathe, grow, and encounter Christ without fear. In this Paschal season, humility becomes a doorway into the joy and freedom of the Risen Lord. When we walk humbly, we walk lightly—and we help our youth discover that same lightness in Christ.
