Hello from the Mornings with Mommy team! ☀️ Here is some helpful information about registration!

Registrations allow us to prepare the proper amount of crafts and activities for the families registering for Mornings with Mommy.

Beginning this next session, we will begin capping our sessions at 15 to 17 children.
Previously, we would allow 20 to 22 children to register per session. We are limited on play space and by reducing the amount of children per session, there will be more room for children to play and do crafts comfortably! 🎨

It is important for families to register so that we can account for how many activities and crafts to have out for the session. When we have families come without registering, there may not be enough supplies and crafts for everyone.

Additionally, if you register and are unable to attend, please email us at [email protected] or give us a call. We understand that it is hard to get out the door with little ones! Please still feel free to register again and come to the next session. With us now reducing the amount of children attending, every spot counts!

Our next session is on March 11 at 10AM and our theme is “The Very Hungry Caterpillar.” We currently have 10 children registered!

Happy New Year from the Mornings with Mommy team! 🎉 We are excited to welcome families to a new year of community and play at Mornings with Mommy. Whether you are new or returning, join us for our next session on January 14th at 10am! ☀️ Here is our schedule for 2026!

Mornings with Mommy is hosted twice a month with each session having a different theme to encourage creativity and play. Our playgroup offers free sessions filled with singing, circle story time, and free play for little ones to explore and socialize. Each gathering also includes a snack and time to enjoy the playground outside. Mothers, fathers and guardians are all welcomed to join with their little ones ages 5 and under! Lord God, you have demonstrated to us that your compassions never fail and that your mercies are new every morning. That is a joy-filled and comforting truth that is ours not just for yesterday and today, but in every day of this new year.

As we begin our journey through 2026, remind us of your promises and of your grace that will be with us every day. Forgive us daily, protect us from harm, and give us the strength and thanks to live every day for you and for your glory.

From eternity, Jesus has been God, holy and majestic. When we look tenderly at the holy infant, we are looking at the same God who once told the prophet Moses, “No one may see me and live.” Yet, Mary, Joseph, and the shepherds all saw their holy God and survived. How? God became human, hiding his glory within flesh, so that he could come to us without instilling fear or dread.

A famous theologian once said, “We are to think of the Lord’s birth, where the Word became flesh, not as a past event which we recall, but as a present reality on which we gaze.” It’s not that Christ the Savior was born. It’s that Christ the Savior is born.
