What if earning all we can isn’t about having more, but having more to give? John Wesley taught that we should earn all we can, save all we can and give all we can. That means putting the gifts God has given us to good use—using our talents diligently, our time wisely and our resources faithfully. Whether we’re working, retired or somewhere in between, we can give our best so that what we earn, accomplish and contribute can ultimately be used for God’s purposes.

When we love God with our whole heart, soul, mind and strength we draw close to the love of God. Making God’s love real to all our neighbors is the second part of the Great Commandment of Jesus. It is the fullness of God’s love in action through us. It makes a difference in the world when we love our neighbors. People begin to see a glimpse of how much God loves them by the way we love.

Wednesday night programming returns on October 7, and we can’t wait to see our Canopy Club kids again!

Canopy Club is a fun, welcoming place for kids Kindergarten–5th grade to make friends, grow in faith and discover God’s love through worship, small groups and activities designed just for them.

What would it look like to be all-in for Christ—to risk being “too much” rather than holding back? God has given each of us gifts to use for His purposes. The altogether Christian offers God our “muchness”—living fully and generously for Christ and holding nothing back.

Every day, we make decisions—some simple and some that shape the course of our lives. With so many voices telling us what to think and what to do, how do we know what is right? When Solomon was given the opportunity to ask God for anything, he asked for an understanding mind and the wisdom to discern between good and evil. The altogether mind seeks that same wisdom—learning to quiet the noise, listen for God and allow God’s wisdom to shape the way we think, choose and live.
