This is so important. From someone who was terrified to express himself in worship as a kid, to someone who now finds freedom in it, I can’t emphasize enough how much physical acts of worship minister to us, those around us and God Himself.

Please give this article a read! Bob Kaughlin always has wonderful, Biblical insight into how worship is prescribed by God!

True worship happens, first and foremost, in the heart, but the Bible won’t let it stay there. What we do with our hands, knees, and bodies really matters.
