This week in Glow Kids we continued our lesson about the two roads Jesus described in Matthew 7.

We discussed how following Jesus isn't always easy, but He alone provides forgiveness, salvation, and eternal life for everyone who calls on Him. (Romans 10:13, John 14:6)
Don’t be surprised if your kids point out something very important to you if they see a “One Way” sign this week. Jesus is the ONLY way to heaven.

Our memory verse this week is Matthew 7:14 – "But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it."

Today during service we had the joy of seeing one of our precious kids publicly profess their faith in Jesus through baptism. We are so proud of him and excited to see how God continues to work in his life.

Today in Glow Kids our lesson was titled “What is Water Baptism?” Our memory verse is Acts 2:38, and don’t forget, your Glow Kid can memorize or write down the underlined portion for Bible Bucks to spend in Glow Mall.

This one-day experience (June 19th, 10 AM-3 PM) will include sensory-friendly activities, a catered allergy-sensitive lunch, and experiences designed specifically for children and young adults with diverse abilities—offering them a full, one-day “youth camp” experience. This event is open to students (ages 4 & above) through young adults with diverse abilities.

Middle School-June 22-25
Early bird for both elementary or middle school is just $155 through May 11th.
May 12th or after it is $190
If kids have just finished 5th grade they get to pick if they want to move up to middle school camp or remain in kids camp one last time.

Today in Glow Kids, we started learning about water baptism. We talked about how baptism is an outward sign of an inward change, and that Jesus is the one who truly makes us clean on the inside. Our memory verse is Acts 22:16-
“What are you waiting for?
Get up and be baptized.
Have your sins washed away by calling on the name of the Lord.”
The kids can memorize or write the underlined portion and return it for Bible Bucks to spend in Glow Mall.

So proud of our Glow Kids as they grow in understanding that they can always come to Jesus who wants to save them. Our memory verse this week is “God sent His son into the world not to judge the world but to save the world through him”.

Today in Glow Kids, six children gave their hearts to Jesus and chose to be born again! We continued learning from John 3:16 that God loves the whole world so much that He gave His Son so we can have eternal life. Like Nicodemus discovered, being “born again” with Christ means we have a new identity. Today we learned that Jesus rescued the Woman at the Well, Zachuis, and so many others, just like He wants to all of us. We also read and discussed John 3:17 that reminds us that Jesus came not to condemn the world, but to save it. God’s love is for everyone, and today we celebrated new life in Him! Our memory verse this week is still John 3:16. See if your child can memorize any of it by next Sunday for extra Bible Bucks to spend in Glow Mall.

What a powerful day in Glow Kids we had as we learned about John 3:16 and how much God loves every single one of us! We talked about what it means to be “born again,” receiving a new heart, becoming a new creation, and starting a life with Christ. The most exciting part was that several kids made the decision to accept Jesus as their Savior and commitment to follow Him. The leaders prayed over every Glow Kid, and several of the kids prayed for each other. God is moving in Glow Kids! Praise Jesus! Our memory verse for the next couple of weeks will be John 3:16.

What a wonderful Resurrection Sunday our Glow Kids had at Living Waters Church today! They got to praise with the worship team and did an outstanding job.
Our memory verse this week is “Christ died for our sins, just as the Scriptures said. He was buried, and he was raised from the dead on the third day, just as the Scriptures said.” 1 Corinthians 15:3-4. The kids only write the underlined portion, and return it for a prize next week.
Today, we focused on the true meaning of Easter, which has nothing to do with eggs, bunnies, or jelly beans. We learned about Christ’s sacrifice on the cross in our place, and that we celebrate a Risen King, because Jesus is alive!
