SMMA Picnic behind the scenes!

It takes many months to put on a successful picnic and we couldn’t do it without the hard work of this amazing team!!

Keith Louis and Jamie Thoms who handle the BBQ booth!
Maureen Herr who handles the private shade booths, ride bracelets, parking passes and ticket pre-sales!
Heather Kurtz who handles the game booths and volunteers!

It’s picnic week!! 🎡 We will have someone in the school lobby Wednesday & Thursday Noon -7pm & Friday Noon-6pm so you can pick up your tickets and ride bracelets. Don’t worry, if you haven’t already bought tickets or ride bracelets you can do so at these times. If you do not get a chance to pick up during the week but have already purchased, we will have everything in the information/ticket booth for you Saturday. You will still be able to purchase ride bracelets Saturday but the price does go up day of. Please let us know if you have any other questions! Let’s pray for great weather ☀️🕶️🎡

Another great picnic in the books! Thank you to all of our committee members and volunteers who help make the picnic a success, we couldn’t do it without you! Thank you to everyone who came out to support us and enjoy a beautiful day. The fireworks were amazing and we can’t wait to do it again!

We will see you all in 2025! 🎆🎇

It’s almost picnic time!! 🎡

📣 Reminder- already purchased tickets can be picked up in the parish lobby
Wednesday May 29 & Thursday May 30
from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. OR
Friday May 31, 10 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. You can also still purchase ride bracelets (discounted price until Friday evening) and ticket packs in the lobby at the days and times above.

Baked goods for the cake walk can be dropped off in the school lobby Friday until 6pm!

Have you heard?? Jim Tietjens, yes the St. Louis soccer star, SMMA & Oakville High graduate Jim Tietjens is going to be at our Adult/Alumni night on May 31st selling his book SAVES. This is an amazing man with an amazing story both on the field and off. You need to come by and get your signed copy!
