At the end of July, 17 students traveled to the Dominican Republic to serve doing door-to-door prayer walking, a VBS for children, and painting the interior & exterior of a church in the sugar cane villages. They also helped run a sports camp for Domincan students, and by the end of the week 2 of our students decided to get baptized in the Caribbean Sea! Couldn't be more proud of our students who served this summer - whether locally at BAW, regionally on the Jr. High Meadville trip or globally in the DR!

Our DR team is off to the airport!

Please be praying for:

✈️ safe travels,
🏠 each home they come across while prayer walking and serving in the villages,
👦🏾 every child who will attend the sports camp our team will help facilitate,
❤️‍🩹 open hearts to hear the Gospel and then, for redemption and salvation,
🌊 water baptisms!

and overall safety and memories for these kids who have stepped forward in faith to leave their comfort and serve others. It’s going to be a great week!

Beach Escape is in just 2 more days! We are getting packed and so excited for an amazing time away with students!

Final reminders - don't forget to pack bedding, a beach towel & towels for showering!!

Don't forget to bring money for a dinner stop on the way & a lunch stop on the way home!

We will see you between 2:00 - 2:30 on Sunday (6/21) at our Parkside Building (800 3rd Street, Oakmont). Our plan is for the buses to head out at 3:00pm.

At last night's final RSM Sr. High service of the semester, we prayed for our graduating seniors and for the next chapter of their lives. Then, they prayed for Riverside Student Ministry. These students will be greatly missed next year, but we can't wait to see all of the amazing things God has in store for them!

Next Sunday, both Jr. High & Sr. High are invited to attend our end-of-year Cookout! We'll provide the hot dogs, but please bring a snack, drink, or dessert to share!
