Greater St. John MBC apologizes for the confusion of dates for the GSJMBC 70th Anniversary Reunion Choir Rehearsal dates. To accommodate all those who wish to attend, the rehearsal dates have been modified to fit EVERY person(s) schedule. The final dates for the 70th's Reunion Choir are:

• Saturday July 1st, 2017
• Saturday July 8th, 2017
• Saturday July 15th, 2017

Good Morning Greater St. John Church Family! This post is to honor one of St. John's Beloved and long-time serving Deacons; our very own Brother in Christ, Deacon Morris Burns. The Home Going Celebration for Deacon Morris Burns will be on Thursday April 27th, at 11 Am. The services are entrusted to the Greater St John Missionary Baptist Church Oakland, Ca. Pastor Gregory B. Payton. For those who are unable to make the funeral services, there will be a public viewing on Wednesday the 26th at Fuller Funeral Home located at 4647 International Blvd in the City of Oakland, Ca. Please LET US ALL KEEP the Burns Family & all family members and relatives in our prayers! “Hold On Old Soldier”!
