The Reconciling in Christ program (RIC) is a means whereby Lutheran congregations declare themselves open and supportive of gay, le***an, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) people and their families. This program began

in 1983. In August of that year, Saint Paul was one of the first two congregations in the United States and the first west of the Mississippi to become RIC; today there are more than 150 such congregations and Synods. We were a founding member of Extraordinary Lutheran Ministries (formerly Lutheran Le***an & Gay Ministries [LLGM]).
