Kellogg Springs Camp is currently looking for our next Kitchen Director. We are looking for someone who has experience as a cook/chef, supervising/leading a team, and who loves seeing lives transformed. This person is responsible for caring for our guests and sharing Christ’s love through food. This includes taking care of our guests with food allergies and dietary needs. This person plans all the menus, purchases the supplies, and cooks the food for our guests. During the summer season and with large groups the Kitchen Director has a team to help accomplish all of this, but during the non-summer months and smaller groups this is a solo job. Guest groups ranging in size from 25 to 225. Housing included as part of the salary package. Kellogg Springs Camp is located in beautiful southern Oregon and is owned and operated by the Oregon Pacific Church of the Nazarene. Days of Renewal 2024 is just around the corner. Would you consider joining us this year? Most people join us for the weekend (May 24-27, 2024), but you are welcome to come earlier in the week to help prep the projects as well. This year's focus will be completing a shed for the camp's generator. We will also work on replacing stairs and handrails, painting. yard maintenance and deep cleaning. There is a job for everyone. The entire family is invited. After the work is done, there will be time to relax and play as well. Hope to see you in May!

Over the last few months there have been several improvements made around camp…

**New handrails from the dining hall to chapel and from chapel to the gym.
**Plumbing, electrical, Sheetrock, mud/tape and textured all completed on the new camp snack shack/store
**New patio on the back of the staff house
**New house for our Chef
**Electrical completed on the RV bathhouse
**Completing the climbing tower to make it operational for the summer

Thank you to everyone who helped at Days of Renewal, as part of a group or who came as individuals! Thanks for being a part of the transformation that happens here at Kellogg Springs Camp!

Phase 1 of 2 has been completed on the new climbing tower and it is now operational! We spent the day training on it yesterday. Can’t wait to share the experience with our guests. See you soon!

Come be part of the continuing the Projects of Hope at Kellogg Springs Camp's Days of Renewal between May 21-29, 2023! Thank you to everyone who helped start these projects last year! We need help painting the outside of our new snack shack and constructing the inside. We need help painting stakes, building fence, constructing a new generator shed, building stairs and more. Other areas of need: blowing off roofs, weedeating, landscaping and deep cleaning. There is a place for everyone who wants to help! This is a great time for families to serve and play together.

Want to be part of a team (really a family) that changes lives this summer? We are now accepting applications for summer staff interns! Summer at Kellogg Springs will change your life forever, would you consider being part of the family?! We especially have a need for lifeguards (16 years and older) and kids camp counselors (18 years and older). If you are an NNU student, NNU offers a $1000 scholarship to those who commit to the entire summer. Sign-on bonus available to those who apply, are offered employment and commit to the summer by March 15th. Stipends for High School students starting @ $125 weekly. College age students starting @ $150 weekly. Live on the campground for the summer where we will work hard, play hard and rest hard together.
